Our Team

Before entering the counseling field, John spent over 12 years as a leader in the landscape industry, having earned his bachelor’s degree in Plant Science & Horticulture from the University of Tennessee. His transition into therapy reflects a deep calling to walk alongside others in their healing journeys, especially those navigating shame, resistance, and family repair.

Megan grew up in Boise, ID, and has been a resident of Nashville, TN, for 17 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services from the University of the Cumberlands and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the same university. Megan is pursuing a career in counseling because she has seen firsthand the need for compassionate, skilled support for teens and families. She believes in a holistic, nonjudgmental approach that equips clients of all ages with practical tools they can carry throughout their lives.

Megan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new foods, being outdoors, going to the theater, reading, writing, watching documentaries, and movie nights with her family. She is married to Rock, a music teacher, and they have two incredible children, Liam and Eliyahna.

Brittney is a Nashville native, who holds an MBA in Nonprofit Management from Lipscomb University and recently earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University.

In her free time, you’ll likely find Brittney hiking, exploring the city, or spending time with her fiancé and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Artemis. She’s always got a good book—or audiobook—on hand and loves unwinding with a walk and a story.

Before entering the counseling field, Brittney spent over a decade in nonprofit leadership and community engagement roles. With a heart for helping individuals, children, and families navigate life’s challenges, she brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep belief in the power of connection to her work. Brittney practices under the clinical supervision of Lacey Ryan, LMFT, and is honored to walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing and wholeness.
